I am getting a new car! (Help!)
So, I decided I am going to buy a new car this week. Right now im in a 97' Hyundai Tiburon, and its really starting to go. Call me safe, but I love the new Tiburon, so im going with the Hyundai Tiburon 2005, GT V6. The only thing I have left to decide on is the color, so far the winner is Tidal Blue. It looked really great in the lot, but the red is also a possibility. The only problem is its pretty dark red, almost maroon. Anyway, here are the links.
Help me pick a color!

And this is the GT v6 that I am getting:

I can't wait to get this car.

Agreed so far! Although midnight blue is not bad, I think i'd rather go more sporty less classy.

Nice car.
I would have to agree with Manadar on this one, Tidal Blue is my favourite as well.

I like both blues. But then again blue is my favorite color so I am not one to choose. I'd tell you blue for just about any car.

I like the darker silver - but the blue's nice too.
Show's dirt & scratches more tho.
Hyundai T - the predicted reliabilty on that car for 2005 is really poor. A similar type of 'sporty' car in one of the more reliable names would be a better buy.
But it is pretty.

Yes, but the Hyundai Tiburon has changed in the past years. Its a completely different car now. And also Hyundai was rated second to Lexus in customer satisfaction this year. The 2005 is really nice, and ill most likely have a 50,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. (Free roadside assistance also) So if anything goes wrong other than me crashing the car, hyundai takes care of it.
Also, my 97' tiburon has almost 100k miles on it... not exactly under-used.

It's basically hyundai vs. spending 7000 more on the same spec car. And unfortunately I can not afford that extra cash. I drove the car around, and it rides great. So we'll see.

You guys also have to know that if he's anywhere near the ocean in FL, his car is exposed to the abrasiveness/corrosiveness of the sand and saltwater. That takes a toll on a car. Mechanically, a car can be fine in a rotting body.

Tis true, my car was doing alot better before I moved to florida 4 years ago. The sun really took a toll on the paint. The car itself runs fine, I can probably get about 3k for it. But its just the small annoying things and the money ill have to put into it soon. Its not worth it.

I commend you for knowing when a vehicle has become a money-sink and it's more cost-effective etc. to get a new one instead of fixing up the old one.
